Refund & Return Policy

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will evaluate the most appropriate solution depending on the situation.


Refunds

Depending on the nature of the issue, Beamify may offer:

  • a partial refund
  • or a full refund

Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


Non-Returnable Situations

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, certain situations may not qualify for a refund or return, including:

  • accidental damage caused after delivery

  • incorrect usage not following product instructions

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible. In this case, customers should wait for delivery and then contact support if assistance is needed.


Shipping Costs For Returns
