Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product demand, order volume and operational conditions.
During periods of high demand, holidays or promotional events, processing times may occasionally be extended slightly. If any unusual delay occurs, customers will be notified whenever possible.
Orders are only processed on business days.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, shipping carrier and customs procedures.
For most destinations, average shipping times are typically between:
- 5–10 business days
- although some regions may require additional time
Please note that shipping times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
External factors such as:
- customs inspections
- weather conditions
- local courier delays
- transportation disruptions
- holiday periods
- high seasonal demand
may occasionally affect delivery schedules beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information whenever available.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear depending on the carrier and shipping route.
Customers can also track their order through the Track Order page available on the Beamify website.
Please note that international tracking systems may occasionally experience temporary update delays while packages are in transit between countries or shipping hubs.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Beamify is not responsible for:
- incorrect addresses entered during checkout
- failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information
- packages returned due to incomplete addresses
If an order has not yet been processed, customers may contact support to request address modifications. However, once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Depending on the customer’s country or region, international shipments may occasionally be subject to customs procedures, import duties or local taxes.
These charges, if applicable, are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Beamify is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Lost, Delayed Or Stolen Packages
If a package appears significantly delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the local shipping carrier for assistance.
If additional support is needed, customers may also contact the Beamify support team and we will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
Please note that Beamify cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible with:
- photos of the package
- photos or videos of the product
- order information
This allows our support team to review the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Beamify reserves the right to:
- limit shipping to certain regions or countries
- cancel orders affected by logistical restrictions
- modify shipping methods when necessary to improve delivery reliability
Customers will be notified whenever possible if any issue affects their shipment.
